My fiance bought some meat from the meat market and put it in the freezer and we accidentally left it behind; we stopped to call and ask about it and they told him that the package was thrown away. Yeah, Right
Allstaff is so very helpful and nice There are so many choices of restaurants just feed away across the parking lot. It was nice to see so many families and children of all nationalities enjoying the space and enjoying the covered pool. Breakfast staff was super nice & the food was quite adequate & 0tasted good. Mines for a little long for breakfast my first two days there but breakfast was readily available during the work week.
I am giving a good review because I have stayed at a lot of hotels in this area and I was extremely comfortable here. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. The room was a good size and the television was nice and also there was plenty of place to sit and store my things. Also something that is a good plus at every hotel is a good hot shower and I did not have any problem with that here. The first day here I took a swim in the pool and it was very relaxing. Another good thing about this hotel is they have a nice hot breakfast and it was very good. I have seen places that did have eggs in the morning but they did not taste like the real eggs but the ones at this hotel do. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them and the property is also in decent condition. I was not looking for perfect but this is a very comfortable quiet hotel to stay at and I would gladly stay here anytime and it is also located next to the airport it is a very short drive.
Keep in mind you are booking a 2 star hotel. With that, I think this is an excellent place when you need to rest your head on a budget. Location is great, located next to premium outlets. Rooms are a little worn and could use a fresh coat of paint, updated light switches and some TLC. Cleanliness wasn't an issue, smelled fresh. Beds are comfortable. Cheap price also INCLUDES a free breakfast! Check in was quick and easy, with a $50 card hold...which is typical at any hotel. They do warn it could take up to 30 days to get that back. Had a quiet nights rest and a good breakfast to get back on the road.
Honestly had mixed reviews for this one, but turned out to be very good. The rooms were clean, everything worked, was only 20 minutes from the beach. The only issue I had was the room smelled a little weird.complimentary breakfast, a large pool. Overall I would definitely stay again.
We have stayed here multiple times for our son who was in college at ODU and most recently when our daughter was shipping out of norfolk the rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly
